Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant with $5,000 Bonus

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Baptist Health & Rehab , your role will empower residents to maintain their independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You will also document care, support activity programs, and keep the RN updated on any changes in the residents' conditions. Position Type : Part-Time

Shifts Available : 6 : 00 am to 10 : 00 am or 7 : 00 am to 11 : 00 am

Wage Range : $22.33+ / hour based on experience

Bonus : $5,000

Location : 3400 Nebraska Drive, Bismarck, ND 58503

Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) :

• Assist each resident in achieving and maintaining the highest levels of performance and independence, providing support with personal care and daily activities.
• Help with treatments as assigned by the Registered Nurse, following the individualized care plan.
• Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration, as directed. Report any changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document all services rendered using our computerized charting system.
• Help residents participate in prescribed activities and programs.
• Observe residents and promptly report any changes in physical or emotional conditions, including changes in mood, reactions, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and residents.
