We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Carrollton, Texas, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining business systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms. This position requires a strong technical aptitude and analytical mindset to reverse-engineer undocumented systems and deliver scalable solutions for business automation.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and investigate undocumented workflows, integrations, and automations to identify areas for improvement.
- Reverse-engineer processes across systems such as Monday.com, JotForm, Cognito Form, Keragon, Plumsail, Zapier, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
- Document and map out workflows and system logic to create accurate and usable references.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize business applications and automation tools to ensure reliable functionality.
- Update and enhance existing forms, including logic adjustments and field additions for improved data capture.
- Monitor system health, proactively identify integration issues, and resolve failures to maintain operational continuity.
- Design and implement workflows that connect form solutions with downstream systems for seamless integration.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and deliver long-term fixes.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish governance and best practices for future automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, automation engineering, or systems integration.
- Proficiency in Zapier, Power Automate, and SharePoint administration.
- Solid experience with form-building platforms such as JotForm, Cognito Form, Keragon, and Plumsail.
- Demonstrated ability to reverse-engineer undocumented systems and create comprehensive documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex system dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and business requirement documentation processes.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
