Position Summary

Our company has an opening for a full time Education Legal Rights attorney. In this position you will advocate for children suspected of having disabilities or who are already identified as having a disability.The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, a background in children's law, education, psychology, the medical field, and / or related services.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist them in accessing appropriate educational services and public benefits.
• Serve both community families and children in the foster care system.
