JOB DESCRIPTION
A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Support Specialist to their team! As a Support Specialist you will be responsible for taking initiatives to improve traveler success, demonstrating resourcefulness in solving complex issues, and showing adaptability in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include : supporting travelers and international travel specialists, managing trip requests, responding to inquiries, and assisting with various projects to enhance the overall experience and operations. Collaboration with a global team and continuous learning are key aspects of this position. This person will need to be willing to adjust working hours to address emergencies that may arise outside the standard 9am - 5pm schedule; additionally, minor weekend coverage, to support the team, could be required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1+ year of experience in customer service and / or sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills on the phone and over email Highly adaptable and effective in a fast-paced startup environment Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and ability to problem solve Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player
