Come join Arbor Therapy's multidisciplinary team as an Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant!

We are currently seeking a full-time OTA for our Glendale clinic location. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, allowing you to work as many or as few hours as you wish, on a schedule that works for you.

Our AAC program is expanding, and we welcome team members who are passionate about supporting communication in innovative ways.

Role Overview :

• Provide direct treatment and care for clients following treatment plans and protocols developed by the Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Plan and implement client-centered treatment activities and tasks to support skill development and progress towards established treatment goals
• Collect data and document progress towards established treatment goals
• Collaborate with the supervising OT and parents / caregivers to support the therapeutic process and client progress
• Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner

Working Conditions :

This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and / or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
