Job Description :
As an IT Technician, you will be part of a team of IT professionals providing in-house technical support for Reynolds and Reynolds associates. Your responsibilities include responding to user calls and tickets to support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain end-user systems.
While your primary focus will be on supporting end-user workstation devices, you will also manage network devices, VoIP, Active Directory accounts, email administration, and support various applications. Opportunities exist to work on special projects involving research of new technology and solving complex problems.

Training :
Training will be provided on Reynolds-based products, focusing on Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Network Administration, and PC, Printer, & Telephony support through hands-on training. Additional resources are available for self-motivated individuals seeking to excel.
