The Role Senior Sales Operations Manager
You will build a scalable, data-driven sales engine. Your focus is operating cadence, forecasting accuracy, funnel hygiene, and AI / BI-powered insights that improve productivity across SMB and Enterprise motions. You will turn data into clear recommendations for leadership, partner with BizTech to ship scalable processes, and pilot automation that removes manual work from outbound and data ops. If you move fast, think in systems, and love owning outcomes, you will thrive here.

5+ years in Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Proven ownership of forecasting, pipeline governance, and performance modeling
Track record of process improvement and automation with measurable impact
Experience supporting SMB and Enterprise motions
Executive-ready communication and strong cross-functional influence
Tools and Skills
Salesforce fluency : requirements, data model, reporting, UAT, best practices
AI and automation : hands-on with agents and workflow orchestration; measures ROI and scales wins
Data and BI : Tableau or Metabase; comfort with SQL and basic statistical methods
Sales stack : Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Chili Piper, HubSpot with knowledge of HubSpot to Salesforce data flow
