MS Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Lead Developer

Title : MS Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Lead Developer

Location : Long Island City Queens NY

Duration : Indefinite / Full Time

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to :

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and power platform solutions.
  • Develop solutions on the power platform, including powerapps, power automate, power bi, power pages and Dataverse
  • Determine and advise on the best solution for projects using CRM or the power platform in terms of functional fit, cost, maintainability and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM or power platform components.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems and databases (e.g., ERP, vendor systems, Project Management, SharePoint, SQL Server etc.).
  • Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and support QA / UAT efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Configure model-driven apps, develop canvas apps, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, and role-based security.
  • Deliver robust solutions which fit the user requirements, are maintainable, scalable, highly responsive and user-friendly.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the technical team.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on new features and industry trends to propose improvements.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure Services.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems (e.g., ERP, finance, contract management).
  • Solid understanding of ALM processes, solution management, DevOps, and CI / CD in D365 environments.
