Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Sr. Account Director, the Account Executive will play a key role between the agency and group of high-value clients. Taking a consultative approach, this position will be responsible for managing client strategy and execution to drive client growth, client retention, supporting new business pitches and contributing to overall agency growth as well.
Responsibilities
- In a consultative approach, support and lead the maintaining of strong client relationships by being a trusted advisorto clients in helping them exceed their short-and-long term objectives for their brand, business and campaign.
- Manage clients to drive in-depth assessments, identification and confirmation of key business objectives, KPIs, brand attributes, audiences, product, competitive, marketplace dynamics, to begin to lay the ground work for building campaign strategies.
- Provide effective and continuous communications (written and verbal) to clients on strategy, insights, execution, etc.
- Support the development, execution, and management of comprehensive and integrated (omni channel - Linear, OTT, Digital, etc) media strategies and recommendations that align with clients' growth goals.
- Work closely with Investment Department to ensure alignment of strategic direction and delivery of best-in-class media execution (planning, buying and optimization).
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the media industry to stay ahead of the curve.
- Leveraging agency attribution platform, support analysis of client's data and performance results to identify and extract valuable insights, key trends, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal Data Science teams to drive ongoing additional value-added insights around client campaign performance, and scale opportunities.
- Support the actioning of data insights, subject matter expertise, best practices and agency resources to develop and manage the implementation and execution of optimization strategies in real-time, to improve ROI, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant client metrics.
- With Data Science, Product, Engineering, manage execution of onboarding / implementation and management of agency measurement platform and data strategy to align with agency offerings and client needs.
- Support internal communication between management, Media Investment, Data & Product Teams, Management and Agency Partners around client insights, needs and overall campaign progress, budgets and agency growth.
- Support management of agency client and team P&L in conjunction with overarching agency billing and revenue goals.
- Collaborate and work cross functionally with other areas of the agency and partners including Investment, Digital, Creative, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, etc.
Qualifications

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00 / year. The rate / range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
