Job Summary Understand Basic Blueprints Understand Basic Fabrication Practices   Qualifications and Skills                                             1 Year minimum experience and able to pass Pre- Employment Welding Test Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).

Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.

Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Ability to work with and influence peers and management.

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening Have a Valid Driver’s License   Working Conditions :

• The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Driving, walking, standing frequently.
• Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting Visits to industrial / manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.   ShalePro Energy Services is a drug-free environment and all candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug testing, background and MVR checks with a valid driver’s license as well as random drug testing.
