Join Our Team! We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Senior Regional Marketing Liaison. This key position is an in-market opportunity within our US commercial organization. You will focus on engaging with commercial key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather invaluable insights into regional opportunities while bridging the gap between regional markets and our headquarters.

The Senior Regional Marketing Liaison will develop and implement strategies targeted towards important and influential external stakeholders in their area. You will collaborate closely with other field-based professionals, including Regional Business Leaders (RBLs), Account Managers (ABMs), Market Access Account Executives, and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), as well as with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

This position reports to the Director of Regional Marketing and is part of the US HCP Marketing team. Primary Responsibilities :

  • Drive Brand Advocacy : Establish and reinforce our position as a trusted partner among thought leaders in Rett Syndrome and beyond.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Rett market and understand regional treatment dynamics.
  • Enhance key areas such as KOL relationship management, insights collection, and advocacy development.
  • Engage in physician activities both in the field and at major congresses.
  • Collaborate with thought leaders to educate and advocate for our product offerings.

Regional Marketing :

  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and impact strategy.
  • Create region-specific tactics tailored to meet objectives and address customer needs.
  • Manage projects and budgets associated with key customer activities.
  • Translate clinical data into practical strategies aligned with our brand.
  • Provide field-based training to sales teams as required.
  • Peer to Peer Program Management :

  • Create and manage speaker program content for physicians.
  • Train and support speakers with approved materials.
  • Ensure compliance in executing speaker programs.
  • Monitor and assess speaker performance.
  • HCP Congresses Planning & Execution

  • Lead planning and execution at national and regional conferences in collaboration with marketing.
  • Identify innovative opportunities for partnership with HCP associations.
  • Coordinate meetings between leadership and KOLs.
  • Insight Generation

  • Drive regional insights strategy through advisory boards and analytics.
  • Collate best practices and highlight emerging issues.
  • Work with internal functions to share insights for product development.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical and legal review processes.
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of marketing activities.
  • Education / Experience / Skills :

    We require a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside significant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and a minimum of 8 years in Neurology, with specific experience in rare disease and pediatric neurology preferred.

  • Demonstrated scientific and clinical knowledge with the ability to engage with national KOLs.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance customer engagement with project management.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% locally and regionally.
  • This position involves regular standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. You must be able to travel independently and work after hours as business needs require. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer discretionary bonuses and equity awards based on performance.

    The salary range for this position is $168,000-$210,000 USD.
