Partner with Sales, IT, Product, and other departments to align marketing technology efforts to ensure smooth execution. Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered efficiently with a focus on automation, analytics, and reporting. Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify potential areas of improvement. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant policies. Marketing Operations Manager About the Role The Marketing Operations Manager is a strategic role focused on optimizing marketing efforts through technology, processes, and data.
This role ensures that marketing campaigns are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities include managing the marketing technology stack, overseeing marketing automation including integrations with sales tech stacks, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for improved automation and efficacy of campaigns across channels.
