About The Position
Position Description
Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant with Neonatology fellowship training to join its regional Neonatal Intensive Care team. The role will provide expert neonatal care across both Grand Rapids (Level III NICU, 15 beds) and Muskegon, MI (Level II Special Care Nursery, 8 beds) . This is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment supported by a nationally recognized healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level II and Level III NICUs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and trainees.
- Document patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMR .
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate.
- Support community programs related to neonatal health.
- Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education.
