With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General / Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files, and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation promptly and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in times of need by providing a world-class level of service, which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand, effectively overseeing all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs, identifying areas for improvement, managing production, pricing schedules, and estimate details, leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance, and following uniform and policy guidelines. Additionally, communicate and manage customer concerns effectively, maintain the cleanliness of products and equipment, and ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisors, and fellow technicians.
Qualifications include experience in equipment, asset, and financial management, understanding of safety guidelines, aptitude with record keeping, ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth, and strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
Compensation : $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
