A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist II - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and training on affordable housing compliance
Electronically review applicant / resident files to ensure adherence to federal and state program regulations
Communicate file deficiencies and relay important information to relevant parties effectively
Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, including certification auditing
Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD program requirements
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
Vigilant in following up on compliance issues and implemented plans
Demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency
