Maintenance Technician's Pay / Benefits :

  • $35 / HR for A Tech (Nights) + $1 Shift Differential
  • Paid Holidays (facility operates 24 / 7 / 365; holiday pay provided)

Schedule : 2-2-3 rotating schedule

  • 5 : 45PM - 6 : 15AM

    • Requirements :

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
  • Experience with pumps, motors, banded conveyors, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and support other technicians
  • Must bring own metric tools (specialized tools provided)
  • Comfortable with physical demands : standing, bending, lifting, confined spaces
  • No formal education required, but trade school or industrial maintenance experience dealing with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical preferred
  • Must be a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist across departments
  • No travel required
