job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssemble components according to drawings, instructions and established standards. Proactively identify and write material / hardware shortages on bay white board. Follow inventory replenishment processes. Report all non-conforming parts, materials or drawings to assigned Production Supervisor. Ability to input and scan work order data into MRP / JDE system using RF Scanner, keyboard and mouse and complete required reporting. Consult Assembly Lead / Supervisor on suggestion / guidance to resolve assembly problems. Follow all standard procedures and processes in accordance to assembly of machine in order to build a defect-free product. Complete required in-process inspection, repair any defects found and document critical quality information as necessary. Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of FS Solutions. Meet predetermined daily / weekly / monthly efficiency, productivity, utilization and ship schedule for final assembly and subassemblies. Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements. Perform all assigned safety / environmental inspections following the predefined process. Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives and proactively identify shop / equipment maintenance needs and note these on the bay white board. Ability to operate overhead crane system. Perform other related duties as assigned. Possesses advanced mechanical knowledge of hydraulic sytems,12-volt electrical systems, drive systems (including drive shafts, cogged belts or roller chains) or external engine assembly / repairs commonly found on mobile equipment. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) controls and Can-Bus networks, a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent with basic mechanical education; Certification in Diesel Mechanic a plus 6 Months related job experience Ability to read drawings, blue prints and work instructions Ability to obtain a Fork Lift Certification Ability to appropriately use measuring devices (dial indicator, volt meter, pressure gauge) Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for at least 6 hours per day.
