  • Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years in IT support / helpdesk (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • US citizenship and residence in the US for the last 3 of 5 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic hardware / software knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Working conditions include a call center environment with varying hours, potential overtime, and coverage outside scheduled hours.

    Responsibilities

    Summary : Handle inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

    Primary Duties :

  • Process alerts, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot hardware / software issues
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and management
  • Suggest improvements for hardware / software platforms
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
