• Adheres to Integer'sValues and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to : Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Visually inspects surfaces (cases and lids), using prescribed procedures and working knowledge of product.
• Reports scrap and finished goods quantities to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Utilizes microscopes for verification of defects to ensure compliance with visual requirements of the finished product.
• Performs rework operations as required.
• Aware of the quality criteria unique to each customer's requirements to inspect the parts accordingly.
• Solves routine problems according to written procedures. Evaluates and selects solution from established options.
• Provides support for operation floor teams in product acceptability.
• Assists in the training of new inspectors.
• Ensures discrepant material has been properly dispositional prior to shipment.
• Follows packaging instructions and packs products as directed. Monitors material flow and completes KANBAN tags and scrap reports.
• Performs other functions as required.

Pay Range : $19.12 - $28.50
