Maintenance Technician – Contract to Hire

📍 Frankfort, KY | 🕓 3rd Shift : 7 : 00 PM-7 : 00 AM

About the Role

Join a cutting-edge, highly automated manufacturing facility producing steel wheels for the automotive industry. As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring the smooth performance of over 80 Fanuc robots, stamping presses, and paint booths. This is a hands-on role for a skilled troubleshooter who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full-spectrum industrial maintenance across the facility.
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated production lines and Fanuc robots.
  • Maintain and repair large stamping presses and paint booths.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

What You Bring

  • Experience : 3–5 years in mechanical maintenance or an Associate’s Degree in a related field.
  • Technical Skills :

    • Hands-on experience with chains, drives, motors, conveyors, and presses.

  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in using meters and voltage tools.
  • Expertise in fluid power, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.00 / hr.
