THE JOB :

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Art Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative creative concepts across platforms including video, out-of-home (OOH), email, digital signage, social media, print, and collateral. You’ll craft compelling campaigns and content that resonate with audiences, inspire action, and drive business growth—all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. THE DAY-TO-DAY :

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and digital teams to create cohesive and engaging ad campaign concepts.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure adherence to brand standards and budgets.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media.
• Oversee production processes, from hiring vendors to executing concepts.
• Direct and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring visual excellence and adherence to project goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and incorporating emerging technologies and techniques to enhance creative outcomes.
