Controller Opportunity

As the Controller, you will serve as a key financial leader, responsible for areas including :

• Strategic Oversight :  Lead and manage all accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with  GAAP .
• Process and System Optimization :  Build and refine scalable processes, improve internal controls, and ensure overall operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Regulations :  Oversee adherence to federal contracting regulations, including FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance, ensuring audit readiness and operational accuracy.
• Financial Leadership :  Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and financial strategy for long-term success.
• Team Development :  Take the lead in developing a high-performing accounting team and create opportunities to expand and mentor staff as the company grows.
