Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative tools to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty
Collaborate with teams to create and execute loyalty strategies that drive customer retention
Analyze and iterate on selling tools and resources to meet evolving customer expectations and achieve sales growth
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in apparel or retail
Proven experience in developing and implementing customer experience tools
Demonstrated success in quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive business value
Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders on strategic initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets efficiently
