We’re seeking a future leader to become the operational backbone of a high-performance, specialty dental practice focused exclusively on Sleep and TMJ / TMD care. This is not a plug-and-play front desk or insurance role. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow into the best Office Manager in the Sleep Dentistry space, and we’re giving you the blueprint to get there. How It Works : 3-Month Apprenticeship Period : You’ll work alongside and learn from one of the top Office Managers in the Sleep and TMD industry. You’ll master everything from patient flow to financial discussions to team accountability, all within a systems-driven practice. Transition to Leadership : Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will assume the Co-Office Manager role with elevated pay and performance-based growth potential. Where when the current OM feels you are ready they will allow for full takeover of the position and assist as long as needed. What You’ll Be Responsible For : Owning and optimizing daily operations, from scheduling and patient experience to insurance coordination and follow-up systems. Managing cross-functional team performance (clinical + admin) with accountability and consistency. Leading case acceptance and patient communication workflows with confidence. Overseeing monthly KPIs, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives with the support of Smile 23 playbooks and tracking systems. Acting as a liaison between doctor, patients, vendors, and corporate, you’ll keep the whole engine running.
