Your Role at Mad Events :

As an Event Coordinator, youll manage the planning, logistics, and execution of marketing and promotional events. Your leadership and organization will help ensure each activation delivers exceptional experiences that meet client goals and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute branded events and promotional activations
• Coordinate logistics, staffing, and vendor relations
• Ensure event setup and breakdown are executed efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align with client objectives
