This position is based on-site at our Denton, Texas fulfillment center and will work night shift.

About the Role

Hungryroot is looking for an Outbound Supervisor to join our growing Operations team. The Outbound Supervisor will plan and coordinate shift activities for the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to all FC procedures and documentation. This individual will assist the Operations Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all outbound related activities.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands on leader and actively engage your team
• Promote a safe work environment at all times
• Direct, guide, train, and coach warehouse staff
• Manage, evaluate and report on fulfillment productivity / efficiency
• Prepare work schedules and assign work as applicable
• Ensure all processes and policies are adhered to
• Proactively recommend improvements to drive quality and productivity
• Monitor shift performance and KPIs
• Compile production and personnel statistics into spreadsheets or databases
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Responsible for achieving fulfillment goals, order accuracy, and on-time shipping
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy
• Communicate and partner with other departments and vendors
• Approve time in payroll system

Expected Pay Range : $67,000 - $80,000
