Client Service Representative Wanted!

Location : 300 Main Street, Suite 53, Madison, NJ 07940 We've recently upgraded to a beautiful, state-of-the-art facilitystill in the heart of the same amazing town we love!

Pay : $18$20 / hr

    • What You'll Be Doing :

    As the friendly face (and voice!) of our hospital, you'll play a key role in creating lasting connections with our clients and their pets. You'll be :

  • Greeting clients with a smile and making them feel at home
  • Scheduling appointments and answering calls
  • Educating pet parents on services and wellness tips
  • Managing payments and explaining treatment plans
  • Handling records and supporting hospital upkeep to keep everything running smoothly
