POSITION : Electronic Disputes Specialist

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with a passion for financial analysis and a knack for resolving complex transactional discrepancies. What You'll Do :

• Investigate and resolve customer disputes (ACH, debit cards, ATM, online banking, and more)
• Follow timelines, policies, and regulatory procedures like a pro
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers and internal teams
• Keep your documentation pristineauditors will love you
• Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and other crime-fighting units
• Support deposit operations functions like mobile deposit monitoring, wire processing, and account maintenance
• Bonus mission : Jump into Accounts Payable as a backup herohelp process invoices, manage vendor payments, and keep things flowing when needed
