Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Job Summary : The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities : Evaluate and monitor patients, assisting physicians in providing quality care. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical needs. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care throughout the treatment process. Document all aspects of care accurately, following established standards and clinical priorities. Advocate for and apply evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with the professional nursing model. Perform additional duties as assigned.
