Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to) :

  • You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the business plan and underwriting performance for this class of business.
  • You will collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to define and optimize annual plan strategies based on market conditions.
  • Alongside the Underwriting Director, you will set underwriting appetite and ensure the KiDS portfolio aligns with it to maintain profitability.
  • You will provide leadership and development guidance to reporting Underwriters and assist in strategic discussions with Broker partners regarding underwriting appetite and rationale.
