We need an adept and precise Assembly Operator to help create superior windshield washer pumps. Your role will be to bring together various parts while ensuring excellence in every product.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize spot welding, riveting, and other fastening techniques in assembly.
  • Manually assemble and ensure the intricacy of small components like O-rings.
  • Apply lubricants to the needed parts.
  • Conduct product quality verification tests using mechanical testers.
  • Operate precision machinery including welders and presses.
  • Efficiently handle minor washer fluid spills.
  • Consistently maintain a tidy and organized work space.
  • Observe and follow all safety protocols and manufacturing procedures.

What We Seek :

  • Skilled in manual assembly and power tool usage.
  • Capable of operating advanced production equipment.
  • Detailed oriented with experience on precision parts.
  • Understands basics of mechanical quality testing.
  • Works well independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong manual dexterity and coordination capabilities.
  • High school graduate, with professional training as a plus.
  • Background in similar assembly tasks is advantageous.
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing safety standards.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving assembly issues.
