We are Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH), a longstanding residential treatment facility serving adults with primary mental health disorders, in central Florida. We are in Altoona, FL, less than one hour North of Orlando. Our serene, rural setting allows guests to heal away from the stresses of everyday life. We seek an experienced Behavioral Health Therapists (Licensed individual / family & Licensed or Non-Licensed Group Therapist) to join our team!

Schedule for each role :

  • LICENSED INDIVIDUAL / FAMILY - M-F - 9-5 : 30 (LMHC / LCSW / LMFT) - Rotating on call

The experienced Therapist should meet the following minimum requirements :

  • Minimum of (2) years of experience as a Therapist and / or Mental Health Counselor in a mental health environment.
  • Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role.
  • Licensed Therapist preferred; for candidates without a license - residential clinical experience is required.
  • Experienced in Baker Act, Family Medicine and Psychiatric facility background.
  • Background in home health, ER acute care and residential treatment.
  • Requires in-person evaluations

    • Job Status : Full-time

    Pay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year /

  • Compensation based on years of experience and licensure

    • Medical Specialty : Psychiatry, Behavioral, Dual Diagnosis

    Education : Master's (Required)

    Experience : Counseling : 2 years (Required)

    Work Location : In person

    Ability to Commute : Altoona, FL 32702 (Required)

    Schedule :

  • 8-hour shift or 10-hour Shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability
  • On-call rotation for licensed staff

    • License / Certification : LMHC, LCSW, LMFT (preferred but not required)
