This individual needs to be a well-rounded person with leadership and management skills.
This person will be working very closely with designers, clients, installers, and other subcontractors.
The day to day of this role will consist of reporting to the storefront to manage personnel there, handling and managing schedules, measurements, appointments, and most importantly, issues that will arise.
It is important that this individual can handle stressful situations, multi-tasking projects, and manage the entire store / company while reporting directly to the owner.
