Job Overview

Estes Electric Inc. is seeking skilled Electrical Journeymen / Foremen to join our Field Operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician with a proven ability to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects while staying hands-on in the field. The right candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring that projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Perform hands-on electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC and job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep jobs on schedule.
• Train, mentor, and support apprentices and less experienced electricians.
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA standards.
• Manage material orders, inventory, and site organization.
