Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the aptitude to present to prospective customers and influence meetings. High school diploma or equivalent. This is a full-time, nonexempt position; the base compensation for this opening is expected to be $29.80-$33.65 per hour ($62,500 to $70,000 annualized), based on candidate experience, skills, and other factors; this position will be eligible for a variable target of $24,000 annualized. Job Overview :
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive the company's growth while building your career and earning lasting rewards. We need your sales expertise and drive to help us grow our network of restaurants while helping to deliver and maintain client satisfaction.
This is a hybrid position and requires in office presence 2-3 days a week in Chicago.
What you'll bring to the table : (Responsibilities)
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling and additional outreach to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Qualify and close inbound Marketing and SDR-sourced leads.
- Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling virtual meetings with decision-makers and advancing sales through the process.
- Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, ensuring high engagement and awareness of new product offerings.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including calls, total touchpoints, virtual meetings, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and revenue operations, to ensure both individual and company-wide goals are met.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in our CRM systems (Salesforce and Salesloft).
