Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of large commercial electrical projects (schools, hospitals, and institutional builds).

Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, manpower planning, and financial performance.

Develop, track, and manage budgets, financials, and project cost codes.

Ensure accurate project forecasting and profitability tracking.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ensure strict adherence to NEC and company quality standards.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to field teams.

Resolve conflicts, anticipate issues, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Track project progress and prepare regular reports for company leadership.

Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and compliance.

Qualifications :

7+ years' experience in commercial electrical construction project management.

Strong background in school and hospital electrical projects.

In-depth knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical systems.

Proven expertise in budgets, financial controls, and cost code management.

Accubid estimating / project management software experience (preferred).

Proven track record managing large multi-million-dollar projects.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.

Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred, not required).

Local to Hampstead, MD (21074 area) or within commuting distance.
