Job Description

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Specialist in Napa, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a healthcare location. Your presence and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will interact with people from all walks of life, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while remaining visible and approachable. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
