About the Internship Program

CDK's award-winning Summer Internship Program is full-time and paid hourly from June 8 th to August 14 th , 2026.

The program will be hybrid, with positions in the following office locations : Austin, TX; Hoffman Estates, IL; Portland, OR (limited remote / travel opportunities may be available in Customer Success).

As a Customer Success Intern at CDK, your primary responsibility is to ensure the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and their team to engage in a wide range of activities that include internal reporting, strategic account planning, assisting with business transformation projects, acting as an intermediary for cross-functional teams, and contributing to team culture and transformation.

There are also positions available in Client Implementation. The Client Implementation Intern will work alongside the Client Implementation Managers (CIM), who serve as the primary point of contact for the client and all internal departments involved in the implementation process. This position will have the opportunity to make an impact on the project management and delivery of successful implementation for any assigned projects. They support the team responsible for the full life cycle of an install, from pre-sales Discovery through the onsite Go-live training and transition to Support.

Salary range : $25 - $30 per hour
