Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in HVAC design. This is a leadership-focused position offering the opportunity to guide high-rise and complex MEP projects, manage engineering teams, and drive client strategy. In this role, you will
- Lead HVAC design on large-scale, complex projects
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers
- Conduct energy and system efficiency analyses
- Represent the firm in client meetings and project strategy sessions
- Ensure compliance with codes, sustainability, and industry standards
Requirements
9+ years of HVAC design experience (high-rise and VRF systems required)Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldProficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Carrier HAP / Trane Trace, and Energy GaugeEIT or PE license highly preferredProven leadership experience in managing engineering teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsEducation
