Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage proposal planning and development, including schedules, templates, and compliance matrices

Oversee the development of various proposal components and ensure compliance for all submissions

Participate in sub proposal efforts and lead color reviews

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of direct proposal management experience for Department of Defense (DoD) proposals

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Eligibility to obtain a secret security clearance

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work under tight deadlines and in both lead and support roles
