Senior Strategist

A company is looking for a Senior Strategist to lead platform-native campaign strategies in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of campaign strategies, including audience profiling and content formats

Define measurement frameworks for success and use data to inform creative direction and optimization

Conduct cultural listening and market research to translate insights into actionable campaign ideas

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in strategy, planning, insights, or branded content, preferably in the creator or beauty space

Deep knowledge of platform behaviors and content formats across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Strong understanding of beauty trends and consumer personas

Experience with performance metrics and audience data interpretation

Exceptional brief-writing and presentation skills
