Ongoing needs beginning mid-February 2025Clinic and shared callOffice Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm. One day a week will be the assigned OR day starting at 7amCoverage includes Clinic (approximately 15-20) and rounding on patients (approximately 2-4 inpatients)Responding to consults in a timely manner (average of 5-7)Current # of Physicians & Support Staff2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, one practicemanager, one RN, four clinicians, two surgical schedulers, five front office staffVolume Approximately 15% IP and 85% OPPerforming procedures as necessary to include but not limited to : General urology - Adult - required

Destoning - required

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy - preferred

Ureteroscopy - required

Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit - preferred

Radical prostatectomy - preferred

TRUS biopsies - required

Fertility work up - preferred

Incontinence procedures - required
