Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics, working within a K-12 educational setting located in Wilmington, DE. This role offers the chance to support students' communication development across a dynamic school year schedule.

Key Qualifications :

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
  • Experience or focus in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY)
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language services and educational environments

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess students communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student performance and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student communication development
