Job Title :  Physical Therapist – Private Outpatient Clinic

Location : Urbandale, IA

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about personalized care, enjoys working collaboratively with other healthcare providers, and values building lasting relationships with patients.

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide 1 : 1 outpatient physical therapy sessions with a focus on individualized, evidence-based care
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and other providers to deliver comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and track patient progress
  • Educate patients on self-care, injury prevention, and functional improvement
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For :

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (new grads welcome to apply)
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, 1 : 1 care
  • Interest in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
