Senior Land & Contract Administrator
Under direction, the Senior Land & Contract Administrator will manage and administer assigned real property of the City and act as the liaison between the City of El Paso Engineering and Construction Management Department and outside agencies (including but not limited to) such as state, federal and utility companies.
Typical duties include overseeing and administering real property leases for the City, executing and managing leases, contracts, agreements and related documents, reviewing financial statements, ordering and analyzing appraisals and surveys, reviewing and approving construction plans and specifications for compliance with aviation standards, negotiating with potential tenants, and participating in planning development and construction oversight of new facilities.
To qualify for this position, required education, experience, knowledge, and skills must be clearly stated on the application's employment history. This position is limited to City of El Paso employees presently working in the Real Estate Department. Applicants with foreign diplomas, transcripts, and degrees must have all documents translated and evaluated by an agency of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) prior to submitting them to the Human Resources Department.
