Job Summary (List Format) :
- Serve as a QA Analyst within an agile product team, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Execute test cases, validate procedures, and support the QA Lead through each sprint cycle and production release.
- Identify, document, and triage defects found during sprints for prioritization and mitigation.
- Regularly update and maintain regression test suites and support regression testing activities.
- Participate in requirement grooming, sprint planning, and 3 amigo sessions to ensure test coverage.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist product teams during UAT facilitation.
- Plan, execute, and validate production test activities, especially post-release.
- Set up test data, inventory, and order needs within development environments.
- Report test preparation and execution progress to the QA Lead and contribute to sprint estimations.
- Participate in team scrum activities and collaborate with other QA members to resolve dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and learning in testing processes and methodologies.
- Focus areas include e-commerce, UI / UX testing, content management, and familiarity with low-code / automation tools (e.g., Mable).
- Utilize QA tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and experience working with third-party vendors / applications.
- Ability to work independently, take feedback, and deliver key QA deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Department supports web redesign initiatives for content management teams.
Primary Daily Duties / Responsibilities :
1. Create and execute test cases for digital e-commerce and content management applications.
2. Identify, document, and triage defects, and update regression test suites.
3. Participate in scrum / team meetings and requirements grooming sessions.
4. Set up and manage test data and environments.
