He / she is responsible for ensuring a fast, friendly customer service, to be able to navigate the abundance of choices Academy has to offer, in addition to impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and Academy's Mission.

Education :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only)

Physical Requirements & Attendance :

Targeted Pay Range : $15 - $23.00. The starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, certifications, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Team members may qualify to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, subject to terms and conditions of respective plans and employment eligibility. Team members are also eligible for a 20% Academy discount.
