The Creator & Fandom team within Microsoft’s Marketing Experiences Social and Creative organization is looking for a culturally-fluent Content Creator to help bring our creator programs to life. This role blends content creation, UGC (user generated content), social strategy, and copywriting capabilities together, helping Microsoft’s commercial brands show up in more human, resonant ways across social.
We’re looking for someone who gets creators, understands their audiences, and can create across formats—from a TikTok video to a thought leadership post to social video or a phenomenal brief. In this role, you will help shape how we engage customers, employees, developers, IT (information technology) pros, and business decision-makers through creator-led storytelling.

Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
