The Opportunity :
As a Project Manager you are positioned within the Project Management Office (PMO) and are responsible for facilitating the successful execution of product development projects using Agile methodologies.
You will work in close collaboration with both the development team and stakeholders, ensuring the final product aligns with customer requirements and business objectives. In addition to active project engagement activities, you will be responsible for maintaining, creating, and recommending PMO Project Management processes and policies.
Responsibilities :
- Engage directly with stakeholders to collect requirements, understand their needs, and share the product vision with them.
- Create, maintain, and manage project management artifacts, including project plans, schedules, risk logs, status reports, and other documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Responsible for PMO team artifact creation and maintaining PMO repository and version control of documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of product development, including updates on release plans, any changes in business objectives, and priorities.
- Define and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while refining user stories to optimize development efficiency.
- Act as the voice of the customer, continuously validating features with stakeholders and end users to ensure the product delivers maximum value.
Required Skills :
At least 4 years of proven experience in an Agile environment as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer, or a combination thereof, demonstrated through successful delivery of high-quality products.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProven ability to solve complex problems and manage conflicting priorities, utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively navigate ambiguity and drive resultsDemonstrated capability to make and take ownership of impactful decisions, with the ability to balance business objectives and customer needs to drive product success.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, or SharePoint for managing project workflows and creating / maintaining project documentation.Additional Skills :
Familiarity with both front-end and back-end software development and an understanding of cloud architecture (AWS)Related experience in the maritime technology industryProject Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Education / Certifications :

While this position is scheduled for a traditional Monday – Friday work week, our systems run 24 / 7 / 365 and as such, you may be expected to perform out of hours, on-call support on an as needed basis. Additional compensation may be available for working on-call, on standby, or during holiday hours.
