Legal Recruiting Manager

Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan and they are looking to hire a Legal Recruiting Manager. Please, experience recruiting at a law firm is required.

• Responsibilities
• Manage the full cycle of hiring, from candidate sourcing through onboarding and integration.
• Interface with external recruiting agencies and search firms to maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with external recruiters and headhunters.
• Prepare and present regular hiring progress reports and updates to leadership.
• Recommend and implement improvements to lateral hiring processes and tools.
• Qualifications
• 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Must have at least 3 years of experience handing lateral recruiting at a law firm
• Bachelors Degree is required
• Strong communication skills
