Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan and they are looking to hire a Legal Recruiting Manager. Please, experience recruiting at a law firm is required.
- Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of hiring, from candidate sourcing through onboarding and integration.
- Interface with external recruiting agencies and search firms to maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with external recruiters and headhunters.
- Prepare and present regular hiring progress reports and updates to leadership.
- Recommend and implement improvements to lateral hiring processes and tools.
- Qualifications
- 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Must have at least 3 years of experience handing lateral recruiting at a law firm
- Bachelors Degree is required
- Strong communication skills
